- Shot — Mona Lisa Vito takes the stand as an expert witness

Themed Cocktail
The Expert Witness
Ingredients:
- 2 oz bourbon
- 0.5 oz amaretto
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Instructions:
- 1Dry shake bourbon, amaretto, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white for 15 seconds.
- 2Add ice and shake vigorously for another 12 seconds.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 4Let the foam settle before serving.
