Blue in the Moonlight

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz aged rum
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 3 fresh mint leaves
• 1 oz coconut water
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Instructions

1. 1Muddle mint leaves gently in the bottom of a rocks glass.
2. 2Fill the glass with crushed ice.
3. 3Combine rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and coconut water in a shaker with ice.
4. 4Shake and strain over the crushed ice and mint.
5. 5Add bitters on top and garnish.
