Ingredients:

1.5 oz aged rum
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
3 fresh mint leaves
1 oz coconut water
2 dashes aromatic bitters

Instructions:

1Muddle mint leaves gently in the bottom of a rocks glass.
2Fill the glass with crushed ice.
3Combine rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and coconut water in a shaker with ice.
4Shake and strain over the crushed ice and mint.
5Add bitters on top and garnish.
