The May Queen's Crown

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz aquavit
• 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 1 oz dry sparkling wine
• 1 edible flower (garnish)

Instructions

1. 1Combine aquavit, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a chilled stemmed coupe glass.
3. 3Top slowly with dry sparkling wine to preserve the bubbles.
4. 4Float an edible flower on the surface as garnish — no other garnish needed.
