Natalie's Portobello Sling

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz gin
• 0.75 oz cherry brandy
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz raspberry syrup
• 3 oz sparkling water
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine gin, cherry brandy, lemon juice, and raspberry syrup in a shaker with ice
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a tall Collins glass over fresh ice
3. 3Add Angostura bitters and stir gently once
4. 4Top with sparkling water and stir from the bottom one more time
5. 5The drink should be a rich rosy red — festive and approachable
6. 6Garnish with a skewer of three fresh cherries and a lemon wedge on the rim
