Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• 0.75 oz blue butterfly pea flower syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 1 oz tonic water (top)

Instructions

1. 1Combine gin, butterfly pea syrup, lime juice, elderflower liqueur, and orange bitters in a shaker with ice
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a highball glass over fresh ice
3. 3Top with tonic water — the quinine will cause a faint glow effect under UV light
4. 4Stir once gently
5. 5Garnish with a blue butterfly pea flower floating on top
