Slappin' Bass Collins

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.75 oz simple syrup
• 1 tsp fresh basil syrup
• 3 oz club soda
• 2 fresh basil leaves

Instructions

1. 1Muddle fresh basil leaves with simple syrup and basil syrup in a shaker.
2. 2Add gin, lemon juice, and ice and shake for 12 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a tall Collins glass filled with ice.
4. 4Top with club soda and stir once.
5. 5Garnish with a fresh basil sprig and a lemon wheel.
