The Black Superman

Ingredients

• 2 oz dark rum
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 oz ginger beer
• 0.5 oz coconut cream

Instructions

1. 1Combine dark rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake hard for 10 seconds and strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
3. 3Float coconut cream gently over the back of a spoon on top.
4. 4Top with ginger beer and stir once to integrate.
5. 5Garnish and serve immediately.
