Themed Cocktail
The Black Superman
Ingredients:
- 2 oz dark rum
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 oz ginger beer
- 0.5 oz coconut cream
Instructions:
- 1Combine dark rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake hard for 10 seconds and strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
- 3Float coconut cream gently over the back of a spoon on top.
- 4Top with ginger beer and stir once to integrate.
- 5Garnish and serve immediately.
