The Copa Sour

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz aged rum
• 0.75 oz Campari
• 0.5 oz blood orange juice
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.25 oz demerara syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Orange peel for garnish

Instructions

1. 1Combine rum, Campari, blood orange juice, lemon juice, demerara syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake hard for 12 seconds.
3. 3Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. 4Express an orange peel over the surface, rub the rim, and drop it in.
