Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey and water)
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 oz ginger beer
• Ice

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake hard for 15 seconds — press it.
3. 3Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
4. 4Top with ginger beer and add two dashes of bitters.
5. 5Stir once gently and serve.
