Ingredients

• 1.5 oz aged rum
• 0.75 oz passion fruit syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz coconut cream
• 2 oz sparkling water
• 1 tsp grenadine

Instructions

1. 1Combine rum, passion fruit syrup, lime juice, and coconut cream in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a highball glass over ice.
4. 4Top with sparkling water.
5. 5Add grenadine slowly to create a glittering sunset layer — radiant from the first sip.
