Themed Cocktail
The Billie Frank
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz aged rum
- 0.75 oz passion fruit syrup
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz coconut cream
- 2 oz sparkling water
- 1 tsp grenadine
Instructions:
- 1Combine rum, passion fruit syrup, lime juice, and coconut cream in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 12 seconds.
- 3Strain into a highball glass over ice.
- 4Top with sparkling water.
- 5Add grenadine slowly to create a glittering sunset layer — radiant from the first sip.
