2 oz grappa
0.5 oz sweet vermouth
0.5 oz fresh blood orange juice
0.25 oz honey syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
2Stir for 25 seconds until chilled.
3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4Express a blood orange peel over the glass and place on the rim.
5Garnish and serve.
