2 oz dark rum
1 oz coconut cream
1 oz pineapple juice
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz grenadine
2 oz cola

Instructions

1Combine dark rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, lime juice, and grenadine in a shaker with ice.
2Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
3Strain into a highball glass over ice.
4Top with cola and stir once.
