The Kneel Before God

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz gin
• 0.75 oz Aperol
• 0.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 1 oz prosecco
• 1 sprig fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

1. 1Combine gin, Aperol, grapefruit juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a stemmed coupe glass.
3. 3Top carefully with prosecco and do not stir.
4. 4Rest a sprig of thyme across the rim to garnish.
