Peach for Hours

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 1 oz peach nectar
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz Aperol
• 0.25 oz agave syrup
• 2 dashes smoked chili bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine mezcal, peach nectar, lemon juice, Aperol, agave syrup, and smoked chili bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake hard for 15 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. 4Spritz the surface with a small amount of mezcal from a bar atomizer for smoke effect.
5. 5Garnish with a thin peach slice balanced on the coupe rim.
