Clementine's Tangerine Dream

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 1 oz fresh tangerine juice
• 0.5 oz hibiscus syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 tsp honey
• Black lava salt for rim

Instructions

1. 1Rim a rocks glass with honey and dip in black lava salt — let it set
2. 2Combine mezcal, tangerine juice, hibiscus syrup, lime juice, and honey in a shaker with ice
3. 3Shake hard for 15 seconds until the honey is fully dissolved
4. 4Fill the rimmed glass with fresh ice and strain the cocktail over it
5. 5The drink should be a vivid red-orange against the dark salted rim
6. 6Garnish with a charred tangerine half and a sprig of fresh rosemary
