Wisteria Lane Spritz

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Aperol
• 1 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 3 oz dry prosecco
• 1 oz tonic water
• 1 lemon wheel

Instructions

1. 1Fill a large wine glass with ice and pour in Aperol, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice.
2. 2Stir gently to combine the base.
3. 3Top with prosecco and tonic water — do not over-stir.
4. 4Garnish with a lemon wheel on the rim — it looks perfect from the outside, like the houses on Wisteria Lane.
