2 oz bourbon
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
0.5 oz orange juice
1 egg white

Instructions

1Dry shake bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, orange juice, and egg white for 15 seconds.
2Add ice and shake again for 12 seconds.
3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4Let the foam cap settle.
