Themed Cocktail
The Stepdad Sour
Ingredients:
- 2 oz bourbon
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 0.5 oz orange juice
- 1 egg white
Instructions:
- 1Dry shake bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, orange juice, and egg white for 15 seconds.
- 2Add ice and shake again for 12 seconds.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 4Let the foam cap settle.
