The Infected Nugget

Ingredients

• 2 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz mango habanero syrup
• 0.25 oz Tajin-infused agave nectar
• 2 dashes hot sauce
• Tajin salt for rim

Instructions

1. 1Rim a rocks glass with Tajin salt and a lime wedge
2. 2Combine mezcal, lime juice, mango habanero syrup, and agave nectar in a shaker with ice
3. 3Add two dashes of hot sauce and shake vigorously for 15 seconds
4. 4Strain over fresh ice in the prepared rocks glass
5. 5Garnish with a lime wheel and a small chile pepper on a cocktail pick
