Lola's Spotlight Spritz

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz gin
• 0.75 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
• 1 oz fresh pink grapefruit juice
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 3 oz prosecco
• 1 tsp grenadine

Instructions

1. 1Fill a large wine glass with ice.
2. 2Combine gin, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake for 12 seconds and strain over the ice in the wine glass.
4. 4Top with prosecco and a slow pour of grenadine for a sunset gradient effect.
5. 5Garnish with a grapefruit twist and a tiny paper star.
