Lola's Spotlight Spritz
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz gin
- 0.75 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz fresh pink grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz prosecco
- 1 tsp grenadine
Instructions:
- 1Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- 2Combine gin, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
- 3Shake for 12 seconds and strain over the ice in the wine glass.
- 4Top with prosecco and a slow pour of grenadine for a sunset gradient effect.
- 5Garnish with a grapefruit twist and a tiny paper star.
