0.5 oz raspberry syrup
4 oz dry Champagne or Prosecco
1 tsp pomegranate juice

Instructions

1Chill a champagne flute thoroughly in the freezer.
2Combine St-Germain, lemon juice, and raspberry syrup in a shaker with ice.
3Shake briefly and strain into the chilled flute.
4Top slowly with Champagne to preserve bubbles.
5Drizzle pomegranate juice along the inside edge for a jewel-red swirl.
