Themed Cocktail
The Killer Queen
Ingredients:
- 1 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz raspberry syrup
- 4 oz dry Champagne or Prosecco
- 1 tsp pomegranate juice
Instructions:
- 1Chill a champagne flute thoroughly in the freezer.
- 2Combine St-Germain, lemon juice, and raspberry syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 3Shake briefly and strain into the chilled flute.
- 4Top slowly with Champagne to preserve bubbles.
- 5Drizzle pomegranate juice along the inside edge for a jewel-red swirl.
