The Evolved Cosmo

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz elderflower gin
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz hibiscus syrup
• 0.25 oz rose water
• 1 oz sparkling rosé
• 1 edible flower for garnish

Instructions

1. 1Combine elderflower gin, lime juice, hibiscus syrup, and rose water in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds until cold and blush-colored.
3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass — no martini glass, that's the old version.
4. 4Top with a small pour of sparkling rosé.
5. 5Float an edible flower on top — it's the Cosmo, but older and trying something new.
