Ingredients:

2 oz mezcal
0.75 oz pomegranate juice
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz hibiscus syrup
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 tsp smoked paprika salt (for rim)

Instructions:

1Mix smoked paprika with kosher salt and rim a rocks glass
2Combine mezcal, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, hibiscus syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice
3Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
4Strain over a large ice cube in the prepared rocks glass
5Garnish with a pomegranate seed cluster and a lemon coin expressed over the top
