Themed Cocktail
Full Method
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz aged rum
- 0.75 oz dark rum
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz passion fruit syrup
- 0.25 oz Angostura bitters
- 1 oz pineapple juice
Instructions:
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 12 seconds.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 4Garnish with a charred pineapple wedge and a sprig of mint — stay in character until the last sip.
