Themed Cocktail
The Skeet Surfer
Ingredients:
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz grenadine
- 2 oz club soda
Instructions:
- 1Combine rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and lime juice in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- 3Strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
- 4Pour grenadine down the side to create a sunset layer.
- 5Top with club soda and stir gently.
