The Neski Affair

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Russian Standard vodka
  • 0.75 oz dry vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Aperol
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • 1 barspoon lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. 1Stir vodka, dry vermouth, Aperol, and lemon juice in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. 2Stir for 20 seconds.
  3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. 4Add Peychaud's bitters on the surface.
