The Counted Pour

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz rye whiskey
  • 0.75 oz sweet vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Amaro Nonino
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 1 barspoon simple syrup

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine rye, sweet vermouth, Amaro Nonino, simple syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. 2Stir for exactly 30 seconds — Harold would insist.
  3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. 4Express an orange peel over the surface.
