The Rules
- Sip when Anakin broods about the Jedi Council not trusting him
- Sip when R2-D2 saves the day with a hidden gadget nobody expected
- Sip when Palpatine whispers about the dark side to Anakin in the opera box or his office
- Sip when General Grievous coughs or spins all four lightsabers
- Sip when Obi-Wan says "Hello there" or another dry one-liner mid-battle
- Drink Twice when Palpatine's face transforms during the "unlimited power" lightning
- Drink Twice when Anakin's eyes turn Sith yellow for the first time
- Drink Twice when Order 66 montage shows a Jedi getting gunned down by their own clones
- Shot when Obi-Wan screams "You were the Chosen One!" at the lava bank on Mustafar
- Shot when Padme says "You're breaking my heart" and Anakin Force-chokes her
- Chug when the Darth Vader mask lowers onto Anakin's burned face and he takes his first breath
Themed Cocktail
The Mustafar Meltdown
Ingredients:
- 2 oz mezcal
- 0.75 oz Ancho Reyes chile liqueur
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz agave nectar
- 2 dashes black walnut bitters
- Dried chili pepper for garnish
Instructions:
- 1Combine mezcal, Ancho Reyes, lime juice, and agave in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 4Add bitters on top and let them bleed through the ice.
- 5Garnish with a dried chili pepper balanced on the rim.
- 6The smoke from the mezcal is the lava planet. The burn from the chili is the betrayal.
