The Rules

- Sip — Lee and Carter miscommunicate due to cultural or language misunderstanding
- Sip — Carter sings along to a pop song at maximum enthusiasm in a car or location
- Sip — Inspector Lee uses an unexpected martial arts technique in a casual setting
- Sip — FBI Agent Russ attempts to sideline Carter from the Consul Han kidnapping case
- Drink Twice — Juntao or Sang takes a direct action that escalates the hostage situation
- Drink Twice — Lee and Carter have an argument about who is in charge of the investigation
- Drink Twice — Carter attempts to flirt with or impress a woman using the case as leverage
- Shot — Juntao is revealed to be Thomas Griffin, the British diplomat running the operation
- Shot — Lee catches the stolen Chinese Tang Dynasty art piece falling from the ceiling

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz jasmine-infused gin
- 0.75 oz lychee liqueur
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz chilled soda water
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Instructions:
- 1Combine gin, lychee liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and orange bitters in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 12 seconds.
- 3Strain into a chilled highball glass over fresh ice.
- 4Top with soda water and stir gently.
- 5Garnish with a lychee fruit on a pick and a lemon twist.
