- Sip — Maggie's wedding dress fitting is shown on screen
- Drink Twice — Maggie runs away from another wedding ceremony
- Drink Twice — Ike's editor reads his column aloud at the New York desk
- Drink Twice — Maggie tests a new egg preparation and decides her preference
- Shot — Ike realizes Maggie is about to bolt from his own wedding
- Shot — Ike's newspaper column gets him fired for factual errors about Maggie
- Chug — Maggie rides a FedEx truck to find Ike in New York City
Themed Cocktail
The Hale Escape
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz peach schnapps
- 1 oz sparkling rosé wine
- 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
- 0.75 oz fresh orange juice
- 0.5 oz raspberry syrup
- 1 oz prosecco
Instructions:
- 1Combine peach schnapps, elderflower liqueur, orange juice, and raspberry syrup in a shaker with ice
- 2Shake for 12 seconds until well chilled
- 3Strain into a Champagne flute
- 4Top with equal parts sparkling rosé and prosecco, pouring slowly
- 5The drink should be a vibrant peach-pink color, light and effervescent
- 6Garnish with a fresh peach slice on the rim and a sprig of fresh mint
