Themed Cocktail
Bordelon Sugarcane
Ingredients:
- 2 oz dark rum
- 1 oz sugarcane syrup
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Splash of ginger beer
Instructions:
- 1Muddle sugarcane syrup and bitters in a rocks glass.
- 2Add rum and lime juice over ice.
- 3Top with ginger beer and stir.
