Themed Cocktail

Royale with Cheese

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 0.75 oz coffee liqueur
  • 0.5 oz maple syrup
  • 2 dashes chocolate bitters
  • 1 oz cola
  • Orange peel for expressing
Instructions:
  1. 1Add bourbon, coffee liqueur, maple syrup and bitters to mixing glass
  2. 2Fill with ice and stir until well-chilled
  3. 3Strain into double rocks glass over large ice cube
  4. 4Top with cola and give gentle stir
  5. 5Express orange peel oils over drink
