Themed Cocktail

Hanuman's Wrath

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz dark rum
  • 0.5 oz tamarind concentrate
  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz jaggery syrup
  • 3 dashes chili bitters
  • Large ice cube

Instructions:

  1. 1Place a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
  2. 2Combine dark rum, tamarind concentrate, lime juice, and jaggery syrup in a shaker with ice.
  3. 3Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
  4. 4Strain over the large ice cube.
  5. 5Add three dashes of chili bitters on top and serve.
