Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz tequila blanco
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz hibiscus syrup
- 0.5 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz sparkling rosé, to top
- 1 pinch flaky salt
Instructions:
- 1Rim a chilled coupe glass with flaky salt on half the rim.
- 2Combine tequila, lime juice, hibiscus syrup, and Cointreau in a shaker with ice.
- 3Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
- 4Double-strain into the prepared coupe.
- 5Top with a small pour of sparkling rosé and serve immediately.
