Claddagh Sour

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Irish whiskey
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz honey syrup
0.5 oz green apple liqueur
1 egg white
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions:

1Dry shake Irish whiskey, lemon juice, honey syrup, green apple liqueur, and egg white without ice
2Add ice and shake hard again for 15 seconds
3Strain into a chilled coupe glass — the foam should hold and be bright white
4Dot Angostura bitters on the foam and drag a cocktail pick through to make a heart
5The green apple liqueur gives it a crisp orchard note against the Irish whiskey
6Garnish with a thin green apple slice balanced across the rim of the coupe
