Themed Cocktail

The Axe Gang

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz baijiu (or white rum substitute)
  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz ginger syrup
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine baijiu (or white rum), lime juice, ginger syrup, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Add bitters and shake with the fury of a hidden kung fu master.
  3. 3Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
  4. 4Hits harder than it looks.
