Themed Cocktail
Ben Stone's Basement Brew
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz tequila reposado
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz agave syrup
- 2 oz grapefruit soda
- 0.5 oz Campari
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
- 1Salt-rim a rocks glass and fill with ice.
- 2Combine tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, and pinch of salt in a shaker with ice.
- 3Shake briefly and strain into the prepared glass.
- 4Top with grapefruit soda.
- 5Float Campari on top and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
