Themed Cocktail

The Substitute

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz rye whiskey
  • 0.75 oz Aperol
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz honey syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine rye, Aperol, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Add bitters and shake for 12 seconds.
  3. 3Strain over ice in a rocks glass.
  4. 4Pronounce the cocktail name wrong for full effect.
