Themed Cocktail
Philly Sour
Ingredients:
- 2 oz bourbon
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 0.5 oz red wine float
Instructions:
- 1Dry shake bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
- 2Add ice and shake again until frothy.
- 3Strain into a coupe glass.
- 4Gently float red wine on top using a barspoon.
