Isla Nublar Negroni

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1 orange peel

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. 2Stir for 25 seconds.
  3. 3Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
