Skipper's Swizzle

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz aged rum
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.75 oz falernum
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions:

  1. 1Add rum, lime juice, falernum, and simple syrup to a Collins glass.
  2. 2Fill with crushed ice.
  3. 3Add bitters on top.
  4. 4Swizzle until the glass frosts, then top with more crushed ice.
