Themed Cocktail
Thornfield Nightcap
Ingredients:
- 2 oz brandy
- 0.5 oz ruby port
- 0.25 oz honey syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 cinnamon stick
Instructions:
- 1Warm the snifter by cupping it in your hands.
- 2Combine brandy, port, honey syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- 3Stir for 25 seconds and strain into the snifter.
- 4Rest the cinnamon stick inside for aroma.
