The Rules
- Sip — Tony has a panic attack triggered by any mention of the New York wormhole
- Sip — Harley Keener gives Tony unsolicited advice with complete confidence
- Sip — Aldrich Killian's Extremis soldiers glow orange and regenerate from wounds
- Sip — Tony remotely operates an Iron Man suit using the implant chip in his forearm
- Sip — Tony insults the Mandarin directly while narrating a plan
- Drink Twice — Trevor Slattery is revealed as an actor hired to play the Mandarin
- Drink Twice — Pepper Potts handles a crisis while Tony is nowhere useful
- Drink Twice — A suit assembles itself around Tony piece by piece mid-action
- Shot — Pepper Potts falls from the Malibu mansion while the suits are destroyed
- Shot — Rhodey's Iron Patriot armor is hijacked and Tony must retrieve it
- Chug — Iron Man 42 suits detonate as fireworks over the oil rig in the finale
Themed Cocktail
The Extremis
Ingredients:
- 2 oz aged rum
- 0.75 oz blood orange juice
- 0.5 oz ginger syrup
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 3 dashes mole bitters
- 1 tsp chili tincture
Instructions:
- 1Combine aged rum, blood orange juice, ginger syrup, lime juice, mole bitters, and chili tincture in a shaker with ice
- 2Shake hard for 15 seconds
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube
- 4Garnish with a blood orange half-wheel and a thin sliver of fresh ginger
- 5The drink should glow orange-red like an Extremis soldier — serve immediately
