Themed Cocktail
Pod Person Punch
Ingredients:
- 2 oz mezcal
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz green chartreuse
- 0.5 oz agave syrup
- 2 slices cucumber
Instructions:
- 1Muddle cucumber slices in a shaker.
- 2Add mezcal, lime juice, chartreuse, and agave syrup with ice.
- 3Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
- 4Double strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
- 5The smoky-vegetal flavor evokes alien vegetation.
