The Meltdown Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 2 oz soda water

Instructions:

  1. 1Muddle mint and simple syrup in a collins glass.
  2. 2Add lime juice and rum.
  3. 3Fill with ice, top with soda water, and stir.
